Return Process

  Log into your Mushq account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a formal return or exchange request within our 14-day eligibility window.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, with all luxury packaging and security tags intact, as items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided by our customer support team to the exterior.

  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
